What comes with our base event package?
Our base package is designed to deliver a polished, high-energy experience with everything you need for a seamless event. It includes 3 hours of entertainment service, professional sound + DJ equipment (speakers) for up to 150 guests, one wireless microphone, and a dedicated event manager to guide the process from start to finish.
How long does setup take for the event?
For a typical corporate or private event with no substantial add-ons, setup requires a minimum of 2 hours to ensure sound is clean, levels are dialed in, and the space feels intentional from the first moment. If you add additional services, setup can take up to 3 hours. Breakdown (“strike”) is usually faster, but just as professional leaving your venue exactly as we found it.
What is the process for booking an event?
Once you approve your estimate, we’ll send a digital contract and invoice to make booking fast and simple. Invoices are processed through QuickBooks and can be paid via credit card (3.5% fee), ACH, Zelle, or check. A 50% deposit is due at signing, with the remaining 50% due prior to your event date.
How can I make sure the talent and DJ Firm team are on the same page for what we want for our event?
Alignment is everything, and it’s one of the reasons our events feel effortless. Your event manager, will schedule a dedicated planning meeting to walk through your music preferences, logistics, run of show, and all key event details. The goal is simple: your guests feel the energy, and you feel completely taken care of.
Where can I view samples of your DJs and musicians?
You can explore our talent anytime by visiting the “Talent” tab on our website. Each artist profile includes bios, DJ mixes, and video samples, so you can confidently choose a sound and style that fits your brand, crowd, and vision.
